The Crestone Artisan Gallery (CAG) will be showing a group show at the Shumei Gallery in Crestone for November and December. A symposium with CAG will be held on Sunday, November 17th starting at 3 pm to 5 pm. A reception with participating artists will follow a short talk about the gallery. This is a lovely opportunity to meet with the artists directly and hear more about their work, techniques, and inspirations.
The Crestone Artisan Gallery has been providing a platform for local artists of the valley to display and sell their work for 20 years. It is a cooperative effort involving a core working membership of eighteen artists with additional consignment artists. The gallery is managed, maintained, and operated by the artists themselves.
