DESCRIPTION:Artist Statement\n\nWhenever I look at the night sky\, I rememb
 er the fond memories of my mother and me going out to the rice field behin
 d our house almost every night to watch. She was trying to correct my near
 sightedness. I was about 10 years old and enjoyed this relaxing time with 
 my busy mother. After my vision was slightly corrected\, we resolved to ap
 preciate the slight improvement. However\, even after we gave up trying fo
 r full correction of my vision\, we went to the rice field to observe many
  astronomical events such as meteor showers\, lunar eclipses\, etc. Fall w
 as the best time because we were able to lay on the ground and no mosquito
 s to torture us. My mother passed away in May 2021. I always feel her watc
