Performing hoshi transforms our character, helping us to become more selfless, kind and considerate. The more we perform hoshi, the more our capacity to help others grows. Hoshi brings us a wonderful sense of inner satisfaction. Helping to keep our center clean and beautiful is a good example of hoshi.
