DESCRIPTION:This year\, as the youth of Shumei\, we would like to work toge
 ther on the theme of happiness for the world and focus on praying for the 
 world and bringing happiness to those around us. This year’s theme\, "Op
 ening Our Hearts: Happiness Throughout the World\,” emphasizes the impor
 tance of self-care and self-love. By understanding ourselves\, fostering p
 ersonal growth\, and showing empathy\, we contribute to the betterment of 
 the world.\n\nMeishusama’s teachings say\, “In accord with God’s wil
 l\, hope with all your heart for the happiness of all. When you love the w
 orld and help people\, God protects you wherever you go.” As we open our
  hearts to the world around us and transform our inner selves\, we can bec
 ome a catalyst for positive change\, and create a ripple effect that sprea
 ds happiness globally. This calls for each individual to find their own me
 aning of true happiness for the world\, one that cares deeply and prays fo
 r the happiness of others. For self-reflection\, please ask yourself: “W
 hat is your vision of happiness for the world?”\n\n\n\n\n\nSaturday\, Ma

 s is a two-day event that we used to do before the pandemic. We are so ha
 ppy to host this exciting program again! This year we invite you to partic
 ipate in person at the Pasadena Center. Or\, for those who cannot make it 
 in person\, we also have a virtual option on Zoom for the Sunday Youth Sam
 pai ceremony.\nWe are greatly looking forward to seeing you at this specia
 l event.\n Let’s gather together at the Pasadena Center in California!
