World Citizens Retreat 2026
Welcome, everyone!
We are happy to announce that the World Citizens Retreat 2026 will be held at the Shumei Crestone Center in Colorado.
This retreat will be a special opportunity for youth to come together, connect, and learn from one another while experiencing the spirit of Shumei in the beautiful natural surroundings of Crestone.
We look forward to spending this meaningful time together.

Dates: August 4–10, 2026
Location: Shumei Crestone Center, Colorado
Eligibility: Ages 12–35
Participation Fee: $160
(Airfare and Otamagushi donation are not included.)

The Opportunity for Shumei Youth (OSY) program provides financial assistance for young people who wish to participate in the World Citizens Retreat.
